As a pastor or religious leader I am convinced you have one of the toughest jobs in the world. A lot is expected of you from your church leadership, your congregation, the community and probably the most challenging - yourself. My work has included leaders struggling with a sense of isolation, unrealistic demands, unfair criticism, financial pressures, sadness and basic leadership issues.
